In our November Newsletter, we failed to thank our Veterans for their service to our country. Though our Veterans were not recognized in print, they are always present in our thoughts and prayers. To our Veteran volunteers, staff, and friends:

Due to the extensive training and certifications necessary to keep our Medicare appointments HIPAA compliant, we are not seeking Spanish-speaking volunteers for interpreters.

Open Enrollment for Medicare brings a flood of excitement to our RSVP office. 
 
We would like to recognize our SHIP Medicare Counselors.
 
These volunteers complete hours of training and research to serve our 65+ community all year long. They teach classes, attend events, and counsel clients through all Medicare changes.
During Open Enrollment they go
above and beyond!
